Area Manager II

As an Area Manager II at Amazon in Transportation & Logistics, you will lead warehouse and manufacturing operations to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. • Manage, coach, and develop front-line leaders and associates, fostering a high-performance, customer-obsessed culture.
• Own labor planning, workflow prioritization, and resource allocation to meet demand in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while partnering with cross-functional teams.
