Position: Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) - Los Lunas, NM
Step into a dynamic patient care environment specializing in Progressive Care/Stepdown nursing, working exclusively night shifts in a cardiovascular-focused unit. Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts: 4x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00)
• Shift options: 36 or 48 hours per week
• Weekend requirement:
  As needed, on a rotating basis
• Block scheduling considered on a case-by-case basis

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 1 year of recent Stepdown/PCU experience (2+ years preferred)
• Cardiovascular experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CPI certification preferred
• EPIC documentation experience strongly desired
• Open to first-time travelers and local travelers

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for cardiovascular Stepdown/PCU patients
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:4 on a 55-bed specialty unit
• Float to other units as required to meet patient care needs
• Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, and allied health professionals
• Document assessments, care plans, and interventions using the EPIC system
• Adhere to unit and facility policies, prioritizing patient safety at all times
