Position: Dialysis Facility Administrator - Home Therapies-WillTrainIn-CenterFAorClinicalCoordinators!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth in accordance with Company goals.
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and continuity of care.
  • Oversee equipment management, including equipment tracking and retrieval.
  • Ensure patients are educated on all modality options through the Renal Care Options program.
  • Achieve financial targets, including budget, labor costs, supply costs, and expenditures.
  • Review incident reports, make recommendations, take action, and report findings at monthly QAPI meetings.
  • Promote the quality management program through staff and patient education; overall responsibility to meet corporate goals for quality.
  • Lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees.
  • Achieve program’s target patient outcome goals in line with quality patient care and Company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and maintain certification from all statutory and regulatory agencies.
  • Assume Home Therapy Nurse responsibilities as needed.
  • Establish, maintain, and submit required records and reports related to staff, patients, and program operations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and approve effective staffing to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the on‑call system, ensuring patient access to nursing support at all times.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing services in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Supervise maintenance of equipment and program building areas, along with other program property.
  • Ensure reliable attendance for the position.
  • Monitor contractual agreements and update as needed with corporate oversight.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with Medical Directors and physicians.
  • Oversee communication of patient assessment results to physicians, team members, and others.
  • Communicate expectations effectively, accept accountability, and hold others accountable for performance.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
  • One year previous dialysis management experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of English and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
  • Valid driver’s license in the applicable state; dependable transportation and proof of valid auto insurance for multiple program oversight.
  • Ability to meet minimum hiring standards, including background clearances and orientation requirements as applicable.
  • Must meet specific state requirements (see addendum for Administrator).
Nursing Requirements
  • Full‑time employee of the Company and available during clinic hours.
  • Current RN license in the applicable state; license must be maintained in good standing.
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in the specific home program modality.
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire and prior to patient care assignment.
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
  • Must meet any practice requirements for the applicable state (see addendum for Registered Supervising Nurse).
