Giving Home seeks a compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home patient care in Canones, NM. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, focused on building lasting relationships with patients through consistent, one-on-one nursing support.
Care is scheduled for 3 hours per week, with flexible weekend hours. The nurse will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and patients’ physicians to follow a physician established care plan.
