Giving Home Health Care in Los Lunas, NM seeks a compassionate RN or LPN to administer patient care at the patient’s residence under a physician care plan. This 1099 contract role provides 4 hours of work per week with a preferred Monday schedule, collaborating with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians.
You will execute care plans, document care, manage medications, assess patients, educate families, monitor vitals, and coordinate with the health team to deliver personalized in-home care.
