ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient condition
Assist with ADLs, wound care, vitals, and routine nursing procedures
Maintain communication with patients, families, and care teams
Adhere to all facility policies and state nursing standards
RequirementsCurrent BLS/CPR certification
Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Flexible shift availability (Days, Evenings, Nights)
