Lance Soft is seeking a dedicated ICU registered nurse to join a 32-bed unit in Las Cruces, NM. You will partner with experienced RNs and CNAs to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients.
Requirements include active NM RN license, ADN or higher, and BLS; ACLS/PALS within 6 months. Salary ranges from about $74,880 to $90,000 with sign-on and relocation support.
