Kitchen Designer

Overview

Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support stock initiatives by checking stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.

They ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store.
• Assess customers’ kitchen and/or bath project needs and provide showroom tours.
• Set up kitchen and/or bath measures and meet with customers to review room designs and purchasing recommendations.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.
• Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.
• Drive sales to support department and store goals by aligning with store priorities.
