Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, lobby areas, loading zones, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location;
Support badge issuance, visitor processing, and delivery screening activities while following Allied Universal standards and client site policies
