Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access;
Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site protocols for a fast-paced technology-focused location;
Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while providing visible presence and assistance across the assigned post area
