Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to offices, data-sensitive areas, and other restricted spaces;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related activities according to site policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns;
Support employee, guest, and delivery processing by providing clear directions, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
