Mobile Services Manager

Securitas is seeking a Mobile Services Manager to lead and optimize our mobile security operations. In this role, you will manage mobile patrol teams, oversee daily field activities, and ensure consistent, high-quality protective services for diverse clients. You will coordinate staffing and scheduling, uphold safety and compliance standards, and serve as a key liaison for client needs and service improvements. Drawing on Securitas' mission-driven, integrity-focused culture, you will coach officers, monitor performance metrics, and support incident response while advancing security excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of mobile security services across assigned territory
• Schedule, deploy, and supervise mobile security officers and patrol units
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety standards
• Serve as primary point of contact for client issues, requests, and service adjustments
• Monitor incident reports, trends, and KPIs to improve service quality and efficiency
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality audits for mobile patrol routes
• Train, coach, and evaluate officers on procedures, technology, and customer service
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and account managers on staffing and coverage
• Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and documentation for clients and leadership
• Support emergency responses, investigations, and incident follow-up as needed
