Overview
We are seeking a Vehicle Service Technician with a great work ethic at our independent garage serving local customers to a great service and with a great reputation.
Yoy will have a Level 2/3 light vehicle repair certification. Full uk driving licence, own tools and right to work in the uk. (There is no possibility of work sponsorship for this role).
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring performance and safety.

Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS 08.00 - 17.30
Duties
 
* Perform repairs and maintenance tasks
 
* Utilise hand tools, power tools to carry out assembly, repair, or modification work
 
* Maintain detailed records of all procedures and repairs
 
* Aid vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
 
* Provide customer service by explaining repair work professionally
 
* Perform equipment repair and maintenance to ensure workshop
Requirements
 
* Proven experience in vehicle servicing and repair background a strong mechanical knowledge base and certification
 
* Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools safely
 
* Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and equipment repair methods
 
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and diagnostics
 
* Prior experience working with automotive electrical systems
 
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
