• Complete painting and decorating works as part of kitchen refurbishment projects
• Prepare walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces for painting
• Carry out filling, sanding, priming, and finishing to a high standard
• Work in occupied and void social housing properties
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in tenants' homes
• Work across Loughborough, Leicester, and Swadlincote as required

• Previous experience as a Painter or Decorator within domestic properties
• Experience working on kitchen refurbishments, planned maintenance, or social housing works
• A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering a high-quality finish
• Own vehicle and reliable transport for the initial 12-week agency period
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with tenants
