This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well-established national fleet and mobility organisation within its vehicle preparation and quality function. The business operates at scale across the UK, ensuring thousands of vehicles meet strict reconditioning and quality standards before returning to service.

In this role, you will carry out a range of exterior cosmetic repairs including paintwork correction, polishing, and plastic refurbishment. You will use modern SMART repair techniques, tools, and materials to restore vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets strict quality requirements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SMART repairs within an automotive environment and be confident working independently in a fast‑paced setting. You will take pride in your workmanship, have strong technical ability in cosmetic repair methods, and be committed to consistently delivering high‑quality results.

• Carry out SMART repairs including paintwork correction, polishing, and cosmetic refinishing
• Perform plastic refurbishment and rectification work on vehicle exteriors
• Ensure all vehicles meet required quality and reconditioning standards
• Use modern repair techniques, tools, and materials to deliver a right first‑time approach
• Work closely with quality and inspection teams to maintain high standards

• Proven experience in repair, cosmetic vehicle repair, or similar automotive role
• Strong skills in polishing, paint correction, and plastic refurbishment
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
