Epping and surrounding areas. Van provided.

Salary: £41,000 per annum plus call‑out pay.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 Plumber.
• CSCS Card.
• Clean DBS.
• Experience with in property maintenance.
• Customer‑service skills.

• Company van (work use only).
