Up to £44,000 (Depending on experience) + Door to Door payments

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Job Description:

Invictus are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join an esteemed FM team. This role involves performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive, service and breakdown tasks on a variety of HVAC systems equipment across the M11 stretch.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

* Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Compressors, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.

* Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

* Supporting servicing and breakdowns with contractors

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.

* Respond to emergency call outs promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

* Qualifications:

* Minimum of F-Gas Category 1 certification.

* Experience:

* Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.

* Strong knowledge of AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.

* Electrical maintenance experience would be a bonus

* Skills:

* Excellent problem-solving abilities.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Physical fitness to handle the demands of a mobile role.
