Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk
We are seeking a Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth accounting processes. The ideal candidate will record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Record routine journal entries and bank transactions.
- Enter accounts payable bills and credit card transactions.
- Conduct month‑end closing and reconciliation activities.
- Reconcile, investigate, correct, and adjust accounting information.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Provide support to department colleagues as needed.
- Bachelor's degree.
- General bookkeeping, AR or AP experience welcomed.
- Regular and reliable attendance required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact at all levels.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage projects.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize and work independently.
- Prior knowledge and experience of Quick Books.
- Self‑motivated and directed.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

This role operates in a professional office environment. Responsibilities include prolonged computer use, making phone calls with headset, and occasional office movement. Tasks may involve reaching in any direction and lifting up to forty pounds.
Location and AuthorizationMust be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Background & Security RequirementsPotential offer contingent on a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting. Willingness to submit to drug screening is required. Employment contingent on results.
