Job Overview
Our client, a well‑established and growing organization within the energy services industry, is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Responsibilities- Verify and post invoices and check requests for payment to the accounts payable system.
- Voucher and maintain files for payment.
- Execute the check generation job through completion.
- Generate month‑end accounting reports.
- Ensure smooth operations of the accounting department and handle communications between the different parts of the accounting department and other internal teams.
Full‑time position.
Hourly rate: $26.00.
