Edison Chouest Offshore is taking applications for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk.
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for assisting the accounting department by completing payments for the company and verifying cash entries.
Functions- Office:
Processes and submits paperwork, creates and maintains organized files, identifies and resolves any discrepancies in files and records in a timely manner. - Judgement:
Uses procedures and/or guidelines to make good choices. Uses data and facts in order to make day‑to‑day decisions and involves others as needed. - Execution and Results:
Ensures work is completed correctly. Works on top priorities first. Makes a consistent effort to get results. Meets deadlines.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Excel and Word (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
