Audit Senior​/Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior / Audit Supervisor to join a growing public accounting firm. This role is ideal for a motivated accounting professional with public accounting experience who enjoys working directly with clients, leading audit engagements, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and supervise audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio.
• Prepare and review audit work papers and financial statements.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business and provide exceptional service.
• Mentor and support junior staff throughout audit engagements.
• Ensure engagements are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives.
• Stay current with accounting and auditing standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3-5 years of public accounting audit experience.
• CPA license or CPA eligibility is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
