Palmer Group has partnered with a locally family‑owned company with a great working environment in their search for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This individual will study financial statements, tax records, contracts, and other necessary documents to determine the company’s financial health and hazards. • Open to remote, on‑site, and hybrid

• Reconcile corporate bank accounts
• Reconcile and maintain Accounts in relation to the general ledger, ensuring billing accuracy as postage is passed on to customers
• Create and process customer‑elected deposit requests
• Handle invoices spanning various product offerings, including subscription‑based and production/service‑oriented offerings
• Collaborate with team members to generate timely and accurate customer invoices
• Administer required deposits in accordance with customer sales contracts
• Oversee month‑end journal entries and work papers and ensure completion in a timely manner

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA preferred but not required
