Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

New Orleans, LA:
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Controller to lead the company's accounting and finance functions. This position is responsible for financial reporting, compliance, process improvement, and supporting executive leadership with financial planning and operational strategy.

• Lead and mentor the finance team across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.
• Oversee cash flow and financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Implement financial systems and process improvements.
• Support ERP implementations and organizational growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including Controller experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading accounting teams and improving financial processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, financial software, and data analysis tools;
  Sage and Quick Books experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
• Ability to travel as needed.
