They're looking for a Staff Accountant / Full-Charge Bookkeeper who's ready to take ownership of client accounting, work alongside a tight-knit team, and build a long-term career in a firm that invests in its people.

The firm handles tax and accounting for a diverse client base — from small businesses to individuals — with a level of care and personalization that the big firms simply can't match. The employer's name is shared with qualified candidates during the screening process.

• Full-cycle accounts payable and receivable for a portfolio of clients
• Month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Accrual accounting and general ledger maintenance
• Financial statement preparation, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting and analysis
• Multi-state payroll processing and sales tax filing for client entities
• Collaboration with the broader team on tax-related work during busy season

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting or full-cycle bookkeeping experience (5+ preferred); public accounting or multi-client / client-facing experience
• Strong command of Quick Books Online — you're the person others ask for help (experience with Xero, , Gusto, or similar cloud accounting tools is a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Solid understanding of AP/AR, general ledger, month-end close, and financial statement preparation
• A degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus — extensive full-cycle experience may substitute for a degree
