Accounting Analyst

• Provide project financial reporting support and consultation to Project Managers and Business Unit Accountants
• Coordinate project setup by reviewing contract requirements and establishing projects in the ERP system
• Maintain understanding of client-specific standards, processes, and expectations for invoicing and compliance
• Monitor and analyze project schedules and budgets
• Monitor supplier invoices and assist with purchase order management
• Process and submit client invoices accurately and on time through varied delivery methods
• Work with project team members to ensure timely billing and payment receipt within contract terms
• Process payment vouchers, employee expense reports, and project assignment requests
• Prepare, review, and distribute financial reports
• Assist with cost estimates for client proposals and project pursuits
• Provide administrative, accounting, and project support services as needed

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in accounting, including invoicing and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, month-end or period-end close processes, or financial reporting
• Position based out of a Foth office in Wisconsin, Iowa, or South Dakota
• Must complete required drug testing within two business days of offer acceptance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent industry experience preferred
• Deltek Vantagepoint, SharePoint, MS Project, contract preparation, project accounting, professional services/project-based environment, Power BI, large project portfolios, and multiple-client experience preferred

Demonstrates expertise in project financial reporting, invoicing, and compliance within a project-based environment, utilizing advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting principles to support project managers and ensure accurate financial documentation.
