We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join Pixel Pop Biz, a leading marketing, advertising, and sales company. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors, reflecting our company's professionalism and efficiency. You will be involved in various projects that require strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Manage and maintain a tidy reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Coordinate appointments and meetings
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
• Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
