Overview
The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator, Reunion Giving assists the Senior Director and the Class Officers with day-to-day operations within the unit, including travel and administrative support and inventory/supply management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Excellent organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in a sensitive and courteous manner.
- Knowledge of standard software applications including but not limited to word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheet software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with operation of electronic office machines (phones, copiers, fax, etc.).
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of office or administrative support experience.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, and Excel) preferred.
