Responsibilities- Perform administrative duties, to include data entry, mail distribution, answering telephones, office correspondence.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to perform general office administration, reception, and customer support & relations.
- Aid with customer account management, to include invoicing, troubleshooting, contract orders, pre-pays and inventory and supplier entry.
- Manage vehicle expenses, including insurance renewals and communication to team on Insurance reviews.
- Assist and support of the Controller, including reconciliation of supplier accounts and financial needs.
- A minimum of 3 years Administrative and Office experience
- An excellent attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and to be very organized
- Accounting experience would be an asset
- Agriculture background preferred
