Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

- Maintain and manage attorneys' calendars, scheduling appointments, deadlines, and court dates.
- Serve as a backup for the front desk, which includes handling faxing, scanning, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Accurately enter billable time for attorneys into our timekeeping system.
- Save and name documents appropriately in Worldox, ensuring all files are organized and easily accessible.
- Transcribe dictation accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transcriptions are completed in a timely manner.
