Job Responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet guests, and schedule conference rooms.
- Distribute electronic faxes and maintain electronic communication.
- Enter accounts payable and perform conflict checks.
- Order supplies and assist the Chief Operating Officer and HR Manager as needed.
Candidate must be available to work in office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., have excellent verbal communication skills, and possess a minimum of two years of clerical experience. Basic knowledge of Word and Excel is required. Accounts payable and/or law firm experience is preferred.
