Job Duties / ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining and acting as custodian of departmental records.
Responsible for inputting departmental invoicing into accounts payable systems.
Maintain accuracy of all crew employees' time entry, vacation and illness activity.
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and monthly mileage reports.
Manage office supplies, reconcile corporate purchasing card and set up meetings.
Assist in all safety activities.
Minimum RequirementsMinimum education required of the position:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Desired: college or university degree.
Minimum experience required of the position:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Entergy Corporate applications (DSS, DIS, Indus, Earl, Pearl, VEA, ECOS, Service Suite, AM/FM DFM & Time and Labor. Must be familiar with CCS. Familiar will all company policies and procedures. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral with internal and external customers. Willing to work extended hours as needed. Self-starter with high initiative, willingness to learn new processes.
Excellent multitasking and team working capability a must.
Must be willing to assume a storm restoration role and travel if necessary.
Successful completion of the EEI CAB/SASS test.
