Overview
The Events Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. This role ensures smooth operations, attention to detail, and memorable experiences for attendees.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in event planning, logistics, and scheduling.
- Support the setup, coordination, and breakdown of events.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide on-site support during events to address attendee needs.
- Track event attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
- Maintain organized event materials, documents, and inventories.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
