We are looking for an Administrative Support Assistant (ASA) to join our New Orleans office. This position is an entry-level role that is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for attorneys and other members of the Administrative Resource Team throughout the Firm. ASAs must successfully complete an in-depth training and mentoring program to gain the ability to work in all practice groups of the Firm.

We are looking for someone who meets the education and experience requirements and demonstrates the skills outlined below:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral, with careful attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Willingness and ability to embrace new technology and platforms and the ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior legal administrative support experience a plus, but not mandatory.
- Regular and predictable in-office attendance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
