Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 12-month contract in Reserve, LA
Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to office personnel and management by coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with communication and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $15.51 -$17.24
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel-related documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documentation.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Coordinate office activities and provide administrative support to various departments.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document management.
- Support expense reporting and basic budgeting activities.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials.
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications and documentation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-4+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
