As an administrative assistant (AA) you will play a pivotal role in managing the schedules and communications of the Administrator.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe AA organizes meetings, schedules, and sends reminders for leadership activities. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings, and coordinating Administrator activities and tasks. The assistant eases the workload by taking on most administrative duties, allowing the administrator to focus on decision‑making. The AA also provides leadership in planning, organizing and controlling the work effort of the Administrator, maintains strict confidentiality, performs minor accounting duties such as coding invoices and compiling expense reports, and performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications- High School Diploma, some college:
Business, Human Resources, or Project Management is preferred - 1+ year(s) coordinating Business, Human Resources, or Project Management activities
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Analytical problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions; ability to follow verbal instructions
- Proficient knowledge of PC computers
- Basic understanding of business scheduling and coordinating events
