Description:
Sunshine Quality Solutions is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure efficient operation of the office and accounting department. This role involves handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of the organization. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
Provide general support to visitors
Answers and direct phone calls, and manage correspondence
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Manages incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Coordinate training and travel arrangements
Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of company accounting transactions
File insurance claims as needed
Renew and maintain company vehicle registrations and files
Renew and maintain company and dealership licenses
Issue trucking permits daily as needed and ensure annual renewals
Process and submit waste tire fee to DEQProvide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in managing office operations and supporting senior management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other relevant applications
Advanced knowledge of general accounting principles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while working at a desk or computer.
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies, or equipment).Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including typing and data entry.
Frequent use of hands and fingers for computer work and handling paperwork.
Ability to bend, stoop, or reach for filing and organizing materials.
