Project Coordinator III
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage administrative aspects of projects. This role involves tracking and monitoring project progress against deadlines, assisting with scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating with team members and management. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative or executive support and will be an independent, task-oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and coordinate with general contractors.
- Assist in coordinating schedules and ensure deadlines for all deliverables are met.
- Monitor team progress and coordinate client support efforts.
- Prepare progress and planning documentation as necessary.
- Attend all meetings pertaining to the project.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization, including executive admins and senior executives.
- Ability to visit and walk a construction site.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support is necessary. An Executive Assistant background is a good fit.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with computer applications is required. Familiarity with Google Suite tools is preferred.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
