Position OverviewIn this role you will partner closely with international leadership to coordinate priorities, manage schedules across time zones, and enable effective execution of key initiatives. You will act as a central liaison across internal and external stakeholders while ensuring alignment, organization, and follow‑through, supporting global operations and contributing to business execution across a complex, international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support including complex calendar management, international meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense reporting.
- Manage executive and leadership calendars across multiple global time zones, optimizing schedules and resolving conflicts with sound judgment.
- Coordinate and support global leadership meetings—agenda development, materials preparation, notes, and follow‑up actions.
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel logistics, including multi‑country itineraries, documentation, and contingency planning.
- Serve as a liaison between international leadership, regional partners, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication.
- Prepare and format executive‑level presentations, reports, briefings, and correspondence for global audiences.
- Track team initiatives, milestones, deliverables, and action items to support organizational alignment and execution.
- Organize and maintain documentation and status updates to ensure visibility across distributed teams.
- Anticipate scheduling, travel, or operational challenges and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Support cross‑functional meetings, workshops, and global team activities as needed.
- Collaborate with administrative professionals across the organization to share best practices and provide coverage when required.

Convey information, ideas, and expectations clearly to diverse audiences, adjusting messages to ensure understanding and alignment. - Planning & Organization:
Manage time, resources, and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results. - Accountability:
Take ownership of responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and hold oneself to high standards for quality and results.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role supporting senior‑level leaders.
- Experience supporting global or international leaders across multiple time zones.
- Proven expertise coordinating complex international travel and global leadership meeting logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- International travel likely.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $68,000 to $110,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While salary could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
