Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk needed for a fast paced law firm in Downtown New Orleans. This position will greet clients, answer calls and route them accordingly, and handle accounts payable for the firm. Administrative duties include keeping track of orders for office supplies and assisting with additional ad hoc duties.
Responsibilities- Greet clients, answer calls, and route them appropriately
- Manage accounts payable for the firm
- Perform administrative duties, such as tracking office supply orders and assisting with ad hoc tasks
- At least one year of experience
- Knowledge of the accounts payable process
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Part-time availability
- Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (Required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Accounts receivable: 1 year (Preferred)
