Under the general direction of the Program Director(s) and Graduate Medical Education Office or Department Business Office, the incumbent will support the trainee program and trainees on all educational tasks. This involves managing and overseeing the training program in compliance with the appropriate accreditation body’s standards, LSUHSC-NO policies and procedures, and other regulatory requirements. The incumbent should have excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to work harmoniously with others to achieve positive results.
Additionally, the incumbent will be required to maintain both academic and personnel records on trainees within the programs; therefore, the ability to maintain confidential information is also required.

Substitution: Master s degree can substitute 2 years of professional level work. TAGME certification can substitute for 1 year.
