As a Receptionist, you help create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for patients, visitors, staff, and guests from the moment they walk through the door. Whether you’re greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, answering calls, or keeping the front office running smoothly, you play a key role in creating an organized and positive experience for everyone who enters the building.

- Welcome patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and hospitality
- Answer and route incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Direct guests and visitors to the appropriate departments and personnel
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and secure front office environment
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and event logistics
- Assist with office supply ordering, parking vouchers, and routine clerical tasks
- Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative needs
- You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences
- You stay organized and calm while juggling multiple priorities
- You communicate professionally and confidently with all types of people
- You pay attention to the little details that keep operations running smoothly
- You’re a team player who jumps in wherever needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (EPIC experience is a plus!)
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 6 months of receptionist, secretarial, or related experience
