Onsite Documentation Coordinator

The Five-S Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onsite Documentation Coordinator to support project documentation and administrative functions for assigned construction projects. This position is responsible for managing project records, maintaining document control, coordinating project communications, and ensuring documentation complies with company standards and contractual requirements. The Onsite Documentation Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, clients, and the corporate office to support successful project execution from startup through closeout.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the assigned project site.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
