Responsibilities
- Manage expense administration for the full lifecycle of Facility Operations Capital projects in ERP.
- Handle all financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoicing, and receipts.
- Monitor Capital project expense activities and provide timely updates to support budget planning.
- Administer the facilities management software, including scheduling and monitoring work orders.
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and repair activities for building systems.
- Support contract compliance efforts by meeting with internal team and contract providers.
- Bachelor’s Degree Emphasis in facilities planning, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years in related technical and/or professional experience.
- Experience in facility planning and project management.
