Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Healthcare Administration
Responsible in assisting the TUMG Executive Director of Clinic Operations and Executive Assistant in activities relevant to the operations of TUMG Administration and TUMG Clinics. Interacts with Physicians, TUMG staff, Department Administrators, Clinic Managers, Clinic Staff and outside resources. Responsibilities include the implementation of departmental business strategies and monthly reporting of the outcomes of these strategies. Additional duties include generating adhoc reports as requested.
The incumbent will be integral to the successful outcome of TUMG-initiated projects.
- Ability to respond diplomatically, professionally, and courteously with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of the use of Outlook, in particular, Calendar functions and Zoom.
- Ability to use various standardized word processing and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to work independently in the accomplishment of assigned tasks.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively; and the ability to meet established deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive and problem solve.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ related experience
- OR
- High School Diploma/Equivalent with nine (9) years of related experience
- Two years of executive-level administrative experience
Preferred
Qualification:
- Experience in an academic setting
- Experience with various administrative software packages (i.e., Concur, Kronos, Oracle, etc.)
