Office Administrator/ Coordinator

Joval Manufacturing Inc., a family-owned company proudly operating for more than 70 years, is expanding its Administrative Support Team. We are seeking a motivated, high-energy professional with experience in a fast-paced, small-office environment who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys contributing to continuous process improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced setting, multitasking, values teamwork, and can also work independently with confidence. As an Administrative Generalist, you will support a wide range of business functions including customer service, purchasing, shipping, and general administrative operations while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Principal Responsibilities- Maintain positive customer relationships through clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Monitor incoming purchase orders and process them promptly and accurately.
- Organize and oversee assigned office operations and procedures to support company objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete assigned administrative and operational projects as needed.
- Provide support to the Operations Team and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Serve as a reliable resource for team members and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
- Maintain and update database information, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Freight records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small-office environment while managing multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
This position occasionally requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds. The person in this position will constantly be in a sitting position, operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to exchange accurate information with other members of the office as well as customers.
Position will occasionally require to be inside a semi-open-air warehouse. In the summers there can be high heat, although there are mitigating efforts in place around the warehouse.
