Facility Operations Coordinator
The Facility Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the facility. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining shipping and compliance documentation, supporting payroll and purchasing processes, tracking inventory, and assisting with shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service.
