Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, consumers, and incoming communications
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and relay information to appropriate staff members
- Coordinate office communications and support efficient information flow throughout the agency
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
- Assist staff with clerical duties and administrative support tasks
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and general administrative functions
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and office documentation
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional and efficient work environment
- Assist with data entry, correspondence, reports, and other administrative projects
- Provide excellent customer service to consumers, families, staff, and community partners
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
- Support agency leadership and staff with various office management responsibilities as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) or more years of administrative, clerical, or office management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
- Extensive office management experience may be considered in lieu of higher education
