Career Team is hiring an Intake Specialist to process, document, and communicate customer service inflow across intake portals. This 100% onsite role in Metairie requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of community resources.
You will handle applications for WIOA services, respond to inquiries, track progress, and prepare monthly reports while maintaining confidentiality. Travel up to 30% may be required depending on program needs.
