Supports shipping operations through the execution of the following administrative tasks:
- Import/Export Administration
- May create loading documents including placards, stencils and packaging documentation
- Perform data entry regarding:
- Shipment details and information
- Railroad activity including logging bills of laden (BOL's), recording railcar weights, and authorize railcars entrance and exit from the plant utilizing site specific software (i.e. Rail Connect, Railmate, etc.)
- Laboratory quality assurance approvals
- Scanning and filing of a variety of shipping department reports
This position involves safety-sensitive job duties.
