- Accurately diagnose and repair automotive systems
- Perform routine and advanced maintenance: oil changes, brakes, engine repair, transmission diagnostics, electrical issues, and more
- Use the latest diagnostic tools and equipment
- Communicate vehicle findings and repair needs to advisors and customers
- Maintain detailed service records
- Stay up-to-date with new automotive technologies and best practices
- 2-3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle types
- Experience using diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- GM Master Certification
- Dealership or high-volume service center experience
- Hybrid or EV-related training or certifications
